What does transformation mean to Serco

Serco is currently managing 44 major transformation projects and employs over 1,700 people in the delivery of Education, from the delivery of software solutions to the full outsource of the Education Authority such as Education Walsall, a contract recently renewed for 12 years. We deliver and support Education services across the world, from China to Bangladesh. Education is a major part of our business and this is partly reflected in our significant investment in the Web2.0 technology that is part of our BSF proposal.

So what does BSF transformation mean to Serco?

A modern state of the art new building, a building that will most certainly provide the flexibility that the classroom of 2020 will demand, future proof ICT networks, and naturally, support for the staff, pupils and other stakeholders through this change.
